Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST, will be processed the following business day.
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. If additional information is needed to verify the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed until the information has been verified.
During sale periods, orders are processed and shipped on a 3-5 business day schedule. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks before hair appointments, travel plans, and special occasions in the event we have to resolve a concern for you or to complete an exchange request.
• Heritage1933™ is not responsible for shipping errors. Route Package Protection insures the value of your package if it lost in transit for up to 30 from the date the package was shipped. If your package is stolen or damaged, it is covered for up to 15 days from the date the package was shipped. Please click here to file a claim.
• We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries, customs delays etc. are out of our control.
